LES EFFETS NEFASTES DE LA CHUTE DE L’HOMME SUR LA CREATION

THE DISASTROUS EFFECTS OF THE FALL OF MAN UPON THE CREATION

Romains 8:19-23

19 Aussi la création attend-elle avec un ardent désir la révélation des fils de Dieu.

 20 Car la création a été soumise à la vanité, -non de son gré, mais à cause de celui qui l’y a soumise, (8:21) avec l’espérance

 21 qu’elle aussi sera affranchie de la servitude de la corruption, pour avoir part à la liberté de la gloire des enfants de Dieu.

 22 Or, nous savons que, jusqu’à ce jour, la création tout entière soupire et souffre les douleurs de l’enfantement.

 23 Et ce n’est pas elle seulement; mais nous aussi, qui avons les prémices de l’Esprit, nous aussi nous soupirons en nous-mêmes, en attendant l’adoption, la rédemption de notre corps.

 

INTRODUCTION

• Qui aurait pensé que la création est en souffrance ?
• A cause de la chute de l’homme son gérant, la création devint soumise à la servitude de la corruption.
• Comme quelqu’un qui aurait exigé sa fille à se prostituer, l’homme a cautionné la création à la vanité.
• When you drive down the streets, you can soon discover how home owners can affect the value of a neighborhood.
• In America, people are particularly very picky as to who moves to their neighborhoods.
• I have lived in different neighborhoods to know that it goes beyond race or color, because all the neighbors have the same fear.
• People don’t want to live next to people who think that their home is an extension of the junk yard in town.
• People don’t want to live next to people who won’t cut their grass; or who are last to clean up after a storm.
• People don’t want to live next to people who think they can have a party every other day, where all kinds of strange people are parking over their grass.
• People don’t want to live next to people who don’t believe in renovating their homes.
• People don’t want to live next to people where the police are called every other day.
• People don’t want to live next to a drug dealer where at any point the neighborhood can turn to a crime scene.
• When a bad neighbor moves in: the neighborhood suffers; the house market suffers; the city suffers; the yard suffers and nature as a whole suffers as well.
• People move out because of it; Kids stay locked in their homes and refuse to get out to play because of it.
• Now think of the effect that all of us sinners have caused to our planet and to our world.

For all have sinned and have come short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23)

Ro 8:20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it;

• What a bad neighbor does to a neighborhood is what we the human race do collectively to our world.
• The God who owns the creation is holy and everything is judged by His holy standard.
• We are basically killing the physical world because of greed and carelessness.
• We pollute the creation with sin and all kinds of crimes and abominations.
• We tap on God’s last nerves on a daily basis.
• We fail to understand that everything that we do has a global effect.
• God nearly wiped out the human race because of sin.

Ge 6:5 L’Éternel vit que la méchanceté des hommes était grande sur la terre, et que toutes les pensées de leur cœur se portaient chaque jour uniquement vers le mal.

 6 ¶ L’Éternel se repentit d’avoir fait l’homme sur la terre, et il fut affligé en son cœur.

 7 Et l’Éternel dit: J’exterminerai de la face de la terre l’homme que j’ai créé, depuis l’homme jusqu’au bétail, aux reptiles, et aux oiseaux du ciel; car je me repens de les avoir faits.

• The holy God is the owner and the sustainer of the creation, when He is not pleased with us the tenants, anything can happen.
• When Sodom and Gomorrah thought that they were free to behave any so ever way they felt, the smell of their collective actions went all the way to the throne of God, which resulted in destruction by fire.
• Look how we’ve been behaving in the last 50 years where the great nations were insulting God by passing all kinds laws that are contrary to the will of God; now, look how we face a global pandemic and much worse can be in line.

 

The Creation is Yearning for its Own Redemption

• The creation is hoping for better days to come.
• The creation is hoping for its own redemption, just like born again believers are waiting for their complete redemption.

20 Car la création a été soumise à la vanité, -non de son gré, mais à cause de celui qui l’y a soumise, (8:21) avec l’espérance 21 qu’elle aussi sera affranchie de la servitude de la corruption, pour avoir part à la liberté de la gloire des enfants de Dieu.22 Or, nous savons que, jusqu’à ce jour, la création tout entière soupire et souffre les douleurs de l’enfantement.

• The project of the redemption of the creation will be a long time coming because God has other businesses to take before getting to it.
• God has a beautiful project for the creation but it will the last in the list of many other projects that God is working on right now.
• Things will get much worse before the creation will see its redemption.
• The creation will see a complete demolition before it sees its redemption.
• Until then, we need to get ready for more natural disasters; get ready for more floods; get ready for more famines; get ready for more droughts; get ready weather unbalances, and you name it.
• The labor pains will keep increasing until the redemption of the creation.

 

The Redemption of mankind

• The first provision of redemption is the Lamb that was sacrificed in the Garden of Eden to provide a covering to our first parents.
• The Lamb was a type of Christ’ Jesus is said to be the Lamb of God who was predestined to be sacrificed before the foundation of the world. (1Pe 1:20)
• While God was sentencing our first parents for their rebellion against His words, he also made a promise that out of the woman will come a Seed Who will vanquish the devil to regain the federal headship of the human race.

Redemption from the dominion of sin

• Of all the redemption projects that God has in mind, the redemption of humanity is the most costly.

(1Pe 1:18-20) sachant que ce n’est pas par des choses périssables, par de l’argent ou de l’or, que vous avez été rachetés de la vaine manière de vivre que vous aviez héritée de vos pères,

 19 mais par le sang précieux de Christ, comme d’un agneau sans défaut et sans tache,

 20 prédestiné avant la fondation du monde, et manifesté à la fin des temps, à cause de vous,

• God graciously allowed mankind to cover their sins temporarily through the sacrifices of animals, but the blood of the animals could not wipe out the sin of humanity, but only provided a temporary covering.
• The justice of God is so strict that only the sacrifice of a righteous man could appease the wrath of God.

Heb 10:4 car il est impossible que le sang des taureaux et des boucs ôte les péchés.

 5 C’est pourquoi Christ, entrant dans le monde, dit: Tu n’as voulu ni sacrifice ni offrande, Mais tu m’as formé un corps;

 6 Tu n’as agréé ni holocaustes ni sacrifices pour le péché.

 7 ¶ Alors j’ai dit: Voici, je viens (Dans le rouleau du livre il est question de moi) Pour faire, ô Dieu, ta volonté.

• The first coming of Jesus Christ was strictly to deal with the issue of sin.
• Through the sacrifice of His own body, He satisfied the strict demand of the justice of God.
• Since He became sin to die in substitution to humanity, we believers can now exchange with Him to become the righteousness of God.

 

The Redemption Era for Jews and Gentiles

• 2000 years ago, God in His infinite mercy has opened a window of opportunity for Jews and Gentiles to get saved under the banner of Grace.
• Under this dispensation of grace, the entire human race can become adoptive children of God and co-heirs of Jesus Christ.

Ro 1:16 ¶ Car je n’ai point honte de l’Évangile: c’est une puissance de Dieu pour le salut de quiconque croit, du Juif premièrement, puis du Grec,

• This present alliance of open Grace is about to expire.
• Those who felt that the provision of grace was too easy will have a second chance to earn it during the tribulation period where believing of God will literally cost you your life.

The Redemption of Israel

• While the period of grace is touching to its end, God has yet another project in the way, that is, the restoration of the nation of Israel.
• Israel redemption project is now being put on pause until the era of the gentile expires with the return of Christ in the air to rapture the saints.
• While the saints will be enjoying the company of God in the feast of the wedding of the Lamb in heaven, things will be boiling up for Israel on earth.
• As the nations will be preparing to wipe Israel out of existence, Jesus will come down with all the saints to establish his millennium kingdom.
• In this project, Jesus will put Satan in jail for one thousand years.
• The Jews will all have a repentant heart.

Eze 11:19 Je leur donnerai un même cœur, Et je mettrai en vous un esprit nouveau; J’ôterai de leur corps le cœur de pierre, Et je leur donnerai un cœur de chair,

 20 Afin qu’ils suivent mes ordonnances, Et qu’ils observent et pratiquent mes lois; Et ils seront mon peuple, et je serai leur Dieu.

Jer 31:33 Mais voici l’alliance que je ferai avec la maison d’Israël, Après ces jours-là, dit l’Éternel: Je mettrai ma loi au dedans d’eux, Je l’écrirai dans leur cœur; Et je serai leur Dieu, Et ils seront mon peuple.

Zac 12:10 Alors je répandrai sur la maison de David et sur les habitants de Jérusalem Un esprit de grâce et de supplication, Et ils tourneront les regards vers moi, celui qu’ils ont percé. Ils pleureront sur lui comme on pleure sur un fils unique, Ils pleureront amèrement sur lui comme on pleure sur un premier-né.

 

The Final Confrontation before the Redemption of the Creation

• The project of the redemption of the creation will not take place until the great confrontation with evil.
• After the millennium kingdom of Christ, Satan will be released from the prison to seduce the nations to make war against the city of God.
• As they will get ready for the great battle, God will bring project humanity to an end.
• Fire will come down from heaven and consume everything.

Re 20:7 Quand les mille ans seront accomplis, Satan sera relâché de sa prison.

 8 Et il sortira pour séduire les nations qui sont aux quatre coins de la terre, Gog et Magog, afin de les rassembler pour la guerre; leur nombre est comme le sable de la mer.

 9 Et ils montèrent sur la surface de la terre, et ils investirent le camp des saints et la ville bien-aimée. Mais un feu descendit du ciel, et les dévora.

 10 Et le diable, qui les séduisait, fut jeté dans l’étang de feu et de soufre, où sont la bête et le faux prophète. Et ils seront tourmentés jour et nuit, aux siècles des siècles.

 11 ¶ Puis je vis un grand trône blanc, et celui qui était assis dessus. La terre et le ciel s’enfuirent devant sa face, et il ne fut plus trouvé de place pour eux.

 12 Et je vis les morts, les grands et les petits, qui se tenaient devant le trône. Des livres furent ouverts. Et un autre livre fut ouvert, celui qui est le livre de vie. Et les morts furent jugés selon leurs oeuvres, d’après ce qui était écrit dans ces livres.

 13 La mer rendit les morts qui étaient en elle, la mort et le séjour des morts rendirent les morts qui étaient en eux; et chacun fut jugé selon ses oeuvres.

 14 Et la mort et le séjour des morts furent jetés dans l’étang de feu. C’est la seconde mort, l’étang de feu.

 15 Quiconque ne fut pas trouvé écrit dans le livre de vie fut jeté dans l’étang de feu.

• God will change all the furniture in his creation by burning them.
• The physical world as we know will end to make way to a new design
• The creation has a lot of waiting to do before God will get to it but it will happen promptly.
• The shame will be removed from this present creation to make way to the new creation.

 

The Long Waited for Redemption of the Creation

• After the longest wait, the creation will finally be freed from the dominion of sin.
• A brand new creation will be in order from God.
• We will again say the world is perfect.

Re 21:1 ¶ Puis je vis un nouveau ciel et une nouvelle terre; car le premier ciel et la première terre avaient disparu, et la mer n’était plus.

 2 Et je vis descendre du ciel, d’auprès de Dieu, la ville sainte, la nouvelle Jérusalem, préparée comme une épouse qui s’est parée pour son époux.

 3 Et j’entendis du trône une forte voix qui disait: Voici le tabernacle de Dieu avec les hommes! Il habitera avec eux, et ils seront son peuple, et Dieu lui-même sera avec eux.

 4 Il essuiera toute larme de leurs yeux, et la mort ne sera plus, et il n’y aura plus ni deuil, ni cri, ni douleur, car les premières choses ont disparu.

 5 Et celui qui était assis sur le trône dit: Voici, je fais toutes choses nouvelles. Et il dit: Écris; car ces paroles sont certaines et véritables.

• God is on schedule and no one can distract Him.
• We the Children of God will enjoy a perfect world just like God intended in the beginning.
• We will spend eternity in peace and rejoicing to never be separated from God ever again.
• Now you understand the verses that the creation is awaiting for its own redemption.
• Please don’t it any worse for the creation that is already lamenting.

Oh que Jésus trouve en nous des cœurs droits,

S’Il revient aujourd’hui !

Viellant, priant, dociles à sa voix,

S’Il revient aujourd’hui !

Avons-nous tous cette assurance

D’être enlèves en sa présence,

Dans le séjour de sa puissance !

S’Il revient aujourd’hui ?
