CHRIST THE ROCK CONGREGATION

• Genèse 37:17-20
• 17 Et l’homme dit: Ils sont partis d’ici; car je les ai entendus dire: Allons à Dothan. Joseph alla après ses frères, et il les trouva à Dothan.
•  18 Ils le virent de loin; et, avant qu’il fût près d’eux, ils complotèrent de le faire mourir.
•  19 Ils se dirent l’un à l’autre: Voici le faiseur de songes qui arrive.
•  20 Venez maintenant, tuons-le, et jetons-le dans une des citernes; nous dirons qu’une bête féroce l’a dévoré, et nous verrons ce que deviendront ses songes.

The Source of the Dream

• Behind every accomplishment there is a dreamer.
• Within every Dreamer there is a dream
• Behind every dream there is an inspiration
• Behind every inspiration there is an author: the Lord or the devil.
• Within every author there is a purpose.
• Jesus taught us to pray “Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be your Name; Your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is done in heaven.
• God is the creator and the sustainer and supreme Ruler of the universe.

The Source of the Conflict

• He is the master mind, and the master Controller of life.
• In Him we move and have our being.
• There was a time when the entire universe was controlled  solely by God.
• Everything synchronized together then.
• One order, one mind, one purpose, one goal, one God, one kingdom.
• Since the fall of Satan, a competition has begun.
• There are now two choices on the table.
• Two masters, two wills, two different purpose, two sources of power

The Two Opposing Forces

• Two classes of people, two destinations, two armies, two sets of angelic beings, two lordships.
• Two kingdoms, two kings.
• God’s ultimate goal is to regain total lordship of the creation as in the beginning.
• Satan’s ultimate goal is to hold on to what he has acquired and to hinder the repossession  process for as long as possible.
• When some one is born, his life is already predestined by God before the creation of the world.
• His purpose of existence, his time and location of birth, his parents and everything pertaining him were all pre-ordained by God.

Dreamers be Aware

• Unknown to him or her is a great task that the Creator wants him or her to accomplish in his /her life time.
• Unknown to Him or her is the great and sophisticated plan of the devil to abort one’s mission on earth.
• It is no wonder that in the bibliographies of all the great achievers you see a common threat of danger and great fights that always nearly claim their lives in order to abort their dream.
• The Bible warns us that evil often attains the righteous but the Lord delivers him always.
• People with great destiny are always under attacked.
• The real dreamer cannot afford to throw away his dreams for the convenience of others.
• Example of the eagle and the chicken.
  • The eagle could not do well being a chicken no matter how much it tries.
  • True dreamers cannot accept the status quo
  • A dreamer is a man of faith
  • A dreamer is not afraid of hard work
  • A true dreamer believes in crossing the finish line
  •  Dreamers have passion and drive
  • Dreamers believe in the impossible
  • Dreamers order what the future must look like
  • Dreamers are daring people
  • Dreamers have hard shells

Who is this message for?

• I suffer so much before I finally realized how the game is played.
• I sympathize with those who are now going to a terrifying and confusing moments in their life just because of the dream God placed in them.
• This message is for you if you are confused by the vicissitudes of life.
• This message is for you if you feel that you are always in the crushers.
• This message is for you, if you are beginning to lose hope.
• This message is for you who are asking “why” to God as I often did. 
• The Dreamer, the Dreams and the Demons
• There was biblical character who was nicknamed the dreamer.
• Joseph the dreamer.
• Joseph was a child of destiny, much like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, Gideon, John The Baptist, and much like Jesus.
• People who are sent on earth to play a pivotal role in history.
• These people begin to have dreams that are bigger than themselves.
• Dreams that attack great oppositions and hatred.
• The Demons target the chosen
• Demons are working against you even before your birth
• Satan is against the plans of God in this world
• Every time God is about to send someone for a mission
• Both the person and the mission will be attacked
• God prophesized that the woman will give birth  to a son that would bruise Satan’s head
• Abel is born and loved God—the devil instill in his brother to kill him
• The Demons at work long before your arrival
• Abraham was promised to be the father of a great nation—Sara was made to be barren.
• Joseph was to be the deliverer of his family—Rachel his to be mother was made to be barren.
• It’s about time to send a deliverer to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt,–Pharaoh decreed to kill all the baby boys. He nearly killed Moses.
• The mother of Samson could not conceive.
• The mother of Samuel could not conceive.
• The mother of John the Baptist could not conceive.
•  Jesus was hunted by king Herod the Great.

Are you entrusted a dream?

• Be prepared to die for the dream, but never let the dream die in you.
• Martin Luther king died, but hid dream lived.
• Nelson Mandela is dying right now, but his dream is very much alive.
• The dream is the expensive pearl that God places in you like an oyster.
• The dream is much more than you.
• The dream is the extension of the kingdom of God through you.
• The dream is the reason for your existence.
• Genesis 37:17-20
• 17 b. And Joseph went after his brethren, and found them in Dothan.
•  18 And they saw him afar off, and before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.
•  19 And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
•  20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into one of the pits, and we will say, And evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.

Kill the dreamer and let’s see what will happen with his dreams.

• Pharaoh nearly killed Moses twice
• Herod the great nearly killed Jesus
• Esau nearly killed Jacob
• Joseph’s brothers nearly killed him
• Saul nearly killed David
• Daniel was nearly killed at least two times
• Paul was nearly killed a number of times
• Peter was nearly killed by Herod the son
• Elijah was nearly killed by Jezebel
• Jeremiah the prophet was nearly killed many times

Know who the real enemy is

• Remember that you wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against unseen manipulative  evil forces.
• The aggressor you see in front of you is just an animated poppy, he or she may even be a victim of demonic possession.
•  Satan is out to use all means possible to kill your dream.
• The enemy will use any accessible vessel, whether your parents, or siblings ,or friends, or needs, or aspirations, or circumstances.
• Wherever you go, the attack will continue in a different form.

Know who the real enemy is

• Satan enters Judas to betray Jesus
• Luc 22:3 Or, Satan entra dans Judas, surnommé Iscariot, qui était du nombre des douze.
• Jean 13:2 Pendant le souper, lorsque le diable avait déjà inspiré au cœur de Judas Iscariot, fils de Simon, le dessein de le livrer,
• Joh 13:27 Dès que le morceau fut donné, Satan entra dans Judas. Jésus lui dit: Ce que tu fais, fais-le promptement.

Know who the real enemy is

• Eph 6:10-13 ¶ Au reste, fortifiez-vous dans le Seigneur, et par sa force toute-puissante.
•  11 Revêtez-vous de toutes les armes de Dieu, afin de pouvoir tenir ferme contre les ruses du diable.
•  12 Car nous n’avons pas à lutter contre la chair et le sang, mais contre les dominations, contre les autorités, contre les princes de ce monde de ténèbres, contre les esprits méchants dans les lieux célestes.
•  13 C’est pourquoi, prenez toutes les armes de Dieu, afin de pouvoir résister dans le mauvais jour, et tenir ferme après avoir tout surmonté.

Know who the real enemy is

• Satan followed Joseph all thoughouth his life.
  • His dad was betrayed to be given another wife.
  • His mom to be barren to prevent and delay his birth.
  • His brothers to hate and to inspire to kill him.
  • Slavery to finish him
  • Potifar’s wife to shame him.
  • The prison to finish him
  • The people he helped to forget him
  • All the tragedies that he underwent were orchestrated by a single enemy and executed by his demons.

Dreamers to Hold on to their Faith in God

• Jer 29:11 Car je connais les projets que j’ai formés sur vous, dit l’Éternel, projets de paix et non de malheur, afin de vous donner un avenir et de l’espérance.
• Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (NKJV)
• Ro 8:28 Nous savons, du reste, que toutes choses concourent au bien de ceux qui aiment Dieu, de ceux qui sont appelés selon son dessein. (LSV)
•  28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (NKJV)

Dreamers to Hold on to their Faith in God

• Ro 8:31 ¶ Que dirons-nous donc à l’égard de ces choses? Si Dieu est pour nous, qui sera contre nous? (LSV)
•  31 ¶ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (NKJV)
• Ro 8:35 Qui nous séparera de l’amour de Christ? Sera-ce la tribulation, ou l’angoisse, ou la persécution, ou la faim, ou la nudité, ou le péril, ou l’épée? (LSV)
•  35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (NKJV)

Dreamers to Hold on to their Faith in God

• Ro 8:38 Car j’ai l’assurance que ni la mort ni la vie, ni les anges ni les dominations, ni les choses présentes ni les choses à venir, (8:39) ni les puissances, (LSV)
•  39 ni la hauteur, ni la profondeur, ni aucune autre créature ne pourra nous séparer de l’amour de Dieu manifesté en Jésus-Christ notre Seigneur. (LSV)
• 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, (NKJV)
•  39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (NKJV)

• Nnombres 22:12 Dieu dit à Balaam: Tu n’iras point avec eux; tu ne maudiras point ce peuple, car il est béni.
• Nombres 22:18 Balaam répondit et dit aux serviteurs de Balak: Quand Balak me donnerait sa maison pleine d’argent et d’or, je ne pourrais faire aucune chose, ni petite ni grande, contre l’ordre de l’Éternel, mon Dieu.

•  24 C’est un peuple qui se lève comme une lionne, Et qui se dresse comme un lion; Il ne se couche point jusqu’à ce qu’il ait dévoré la proie, Et qu’il ait bu le sang des blessés.
•  25 Balak dit à Balaam: Ne le maudis pas, mais du moins ne le bénis pas..

•  2 Elles invitèrent le peuple aux sacrifices de leurs dieux; et le peuple mangea, et se prosterna devant leurs dieux.
•  3 Israël s’attacha à Baal-Peor, et la colère de l’Éternel s’enflamma contre Israël.

• Nombres 25:8 (Phinées, fils d’Éléazar) suivit l’homme d’Israël dans sa tente, et il les perça tous les deux, l’homme d’Israël, puis la femme, par le bas-ventre. Et la plaie s’arrêta parmi les enfants d’Israël.
•  9 Il y en eut vingt-quatre mille qui moururent de la plaie.

• The dreams are conditional covenants with God.
• You need to walk in holiness to preserve your dreams.

• 2Corinthiens 10:3-5
• 3 Si nous marchons dans la chair, nous ne combattons pas selon la chair.
•  4 Car les armes avec lesquelles nous combattons ne sont pas charnelles; mais elles sont puissantes, par la vertu de Dieu, pour renverser des forteresses.
•  5 Nous renversons les raisonnements et toute hauteur qui s’élève contre la connaissance de Dieu, et nous amenons toute pensée captive à l’obéissance de Christ.

• The dreams of Joseph took about 30 years
• Ge 40:23 Le chef des échansons ne pensa plus à Joseph. Il l’oublia.
• That was the last blow. No more no more, no more!

• Ge 41:1 ¶ Au bout de deux ans, Pharaon eut un songe.
• And the rest is history.

• In one day, in less than an hour, the forgotten brother, the prisoner, the lost son finally entered his destiny.
• Joseph did not have to fill out an application
• Joseph did not have present a resume
• Success was now chassing Joseph.
• He was offered the highest job imaginable
• He was now second only the Faroah.
• His brothers and the rest of the world will barrow to him.
• He will become the savior of Egypt and his family

Genese 41:33-44

33 ¶ Maintenant, que Pharaon choisisse un homme intelligent et sage, et qu’il le mette à la tête du pays d’Égypte.

 34 Que Pharaon établisse des commissaires sur le pays, pour lever un cinquième des récoltes de l’Égypte pendant les sept années d’abondance.

 35 Qu’ils rassemblent tous les produits de ces bonnes années qui vont venir; qu’ils fassent, sous l’autorité de Pharaon, des amas de blé, des approvisionnements dans les villes, et qu’ils en aient la garde.

 36 Ces provisions seront en réserve pour le pays, pour les sept années de famine qui arriveront dans le pays d’Égypte, afin que le pays ne soit pas consumé par la famine.

Genèse 41:33-44

37 Ces paroles plurent à Pharaon et à tous ses serviteurs.

 38 Et Pharaon dit à ses serviteurs: Trouverions-nous un homme comme celui-ci, ayant en lui l’esprit de Dieu?

 39 Et Pharaon dit à Joseph: Puisque Dieu t’a fait connaître toutes ces choses, il n’y a personne qui soit aussi intelligent et aussi sage que toi.

 40 Je t’établis sur ma maison, et tout mon peuple obéira à tes ordres. Le trône seul m’élèvera au-dessus de toi.

41 Pharaon dit à Joseph: Vois, je te donne le commandement de tout le pays d’Égypte.

 42 Pharaon ôta son anneau de la main, et le mit à la main de Joseph; il le revêtit d’habits de fin lin, et lui mit un collier d’or au cou.

 43 Il le fit monter sur le char qui suivait le sien; et l’on criait devant lui: A genoux! C’est ainsi que Pharaon lui donna le commandement de tout le pays d’Égypte.

 44 Il dit encore à Joseph: Je suis Pharaon! Et sans toi personne ne lèvera la main ni le pied dans tout le pays d’Égypte.
